What is your exchange/return policy?

You may exchange/return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and with all tags intact. The first exchange is free. Returns and additional exchanges will incur a $9 shipping fee. Free exchanges and returns are available for all items.

“Overstock” clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

During holiday periods, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process all returns and refunds after receiving your order.

Any promotional items must be returned, otherwise their retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Purchased items must be returned online.

All gift card sales and Elite Membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
